With our selection of nearly 1000 luxury frames and the finest eyeglass and contact lenses to choose from, Eye Trends Southlake is confident that you will find the right eyewear that improves your vision, your style, and your life.

Our extensive investment in patient care technology ensures that you will receive the most advanced therapies available for Dry Eye Disease, Myopia Management, Keratoconus, Macular Degeneration, Cataracts, and other eye conditions.

We are open late Monday-Friday (9:00am-6:00pm) and on Saturday (9:00am-3:00pm) in order to best accommodate our patient’s busy schedules.

Meet The Doctor

Dr. Chris Steritz O.D.

Dr. Chris Steritz (pronounced Stare-Ritz, or just Dr. Chris for short) is a Certified Therapeutic Optometrist and Glaucoma Specialist in Southlake, TX. He holds the highest possible Certifications for a Doctor of Optometry from both the Texas Optometry Board as well as the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. Dr. Chris Steritz is proud to call the Lake Grapevine area is home and enjoys athletics, snorkeling/scuba diving, and spending time with his wife Morgan and his daughter Harper most of all.

From the displays, to the top of the line equipment, to Dr. Steritz and his staff, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Eye Trends. Excellent, trustworthy and proficient doctor and staff.  I see great with my new progressive glasses and that is quite hard to experience as a first time wearer.    Dr. Steritz and staff have access to the latest technology in the field and go to great lengths to assure a smooth and perfect fit for our family needs.   We prefer to drive to this location from 45 minutes away because I could not find a better optometrist.    One can rest assured that Dr. Steritz will take care of all vision needs.
